Hi, there! I'm Odin. Along with my partner Delwyn, we are designers that have had the opportunity to work on many different builds from apartments to L houses.

We have experience in all genres of builds including, but not restricted to Japanese, modern/minimalist, victorian, garden and cottage core styles.

We are always looking for new opportunities to explore different themes with our clients!

Prices

Prices that follow are for interior designs only. I do not do commissions for exterior.
My usual budgeting for builds of S/M size is 5-8m which I include into the total cost of the build.

In the unfortunate scenario that clients request big changes to the build that might delay the completion date, I will charge a 3-5m convenience fee per change depending on how drastic. I urge clients to keep this in mind.

Small: 20M
Medium: 45-55M
